Refund Policy
1. Digital Products
All market studies sold through JBW Commercial are digital, downloadable products delivered electronically in PDF format. Because these reports are accessed immediately upon purchase and their contents cannot be returned, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.
2. Exceptions
We will consider a refund or credit in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate purchase of the same report on the same account
- Technical issue that prevents you from downloading the report, which we are unable to resolve within 5 business days of being notified
- The report delivered is materially different from the product described on the purchase page
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to pat@jbwcommercial.com within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Please include your order number, the email address used to purchase, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Custom Research
Bespoke or custom-commissioned market studies are governed by a separate engagement agreement and are not covered by this refund policy. Payment terms for custom work are defined in the applicable engagement letter.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access to any future reports or services.
6. Licence
Every report is licensed for use by a single named purchaser. Sharing, redistributing, reselling, or posting the report (in whole or in part) violates the licence and may result in termination of access without refund.
