Figures on these pages are drawn from JBW Commercial’s proprietary census of Canadian storage facilities, refreshed weekly and verified against operator websites and third-party listings. The census captures rural and small-town stock that public directories and national data platforms routinely miss. Supplementary sources include Statistics Canada, CMHC, StorTrack, and public company disclosures. Figures are approximate and subject to revision. E.&O.E.
